A partner at Democratic media firm HGCreative, and co-founder of Sabal Strategies, Kevin is a nationally recognized expert in paid media engagement programs and targeted voter contact strategies.

In 2020, Kevin served as a surrogate for the Biden-Harris campaign, where he represented the campaign largely on conservative-leaning programs, delivering key campaign messages daily to a national TV audience. Since then, Kevin has served as a prominent and almost-daily Democratic voice on Fox News Channel, joining special event programming including election night coverage in 2020, 2021 and the 2022 midterms, each of President Biden’s State of the Union Addresses, the 2024 Biden-Trump presidential debate, and most recently the Republican and Democratic National Conventions.

Since 2016, Kevin has logged over 500 hours of commentary and political analysis on national news programming across the Fox News Channel (FNC), Fox Business Network (FBN), CNN, MSNBC, Fox News Radio, and Bloomberg TV and Radio. He is currently the lead political contributor and analyst for Fox5 (WTTG) based in Washington, DC.
