This Privacy Policy applies to the 2WAY website located at 2WAY.tv, the 2WAY mobile application, and all related products, services, features, content, and shows. By using any part of the Service, you consent to the data practices described in this Policy.

2WAY does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 14. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from a child under 14, we will delete such information from our records.
1.4 Automatically Collected Information
We automatically collect log and usage data, including IP addresses, device information, browser type, activity timestamps, and pages viewed. We also collect device data such as device IDs, location, operating system, carrier, and hardware model, as well as general location data derived from your IP address.
1.5 App-Specific Information
The 2WAY mobile application may request access to your device's camera and microphone for show participation purposes. We may also collect your mobile device ID, model, manufacturer, operating system version, application IDs, browser type, carrier, and IP address.
1.6 Show Participation
When you participate in a 2WAY show, we may collect audio and video recordings, your name and image, biographical information, chat messages, and session metadata. This collection is governed by the Show Participation Release described in our Terms of Service.
